You might not be thinking of apples in August, but don't miss this one. It's good for just about any use - it makes a nice pink applesauce! Sweet and juicy.

So many people love this apple! It's got a sweet-tart flavor that bakes up firm. But, if you look at them sideways they fall off the tree, so if it's windy...make haste to get here!

Everyone's grandma had these in their childhood. Bakes up soft and has wonderful flavor. Not our best producer but if you can catch it, it's a good one!

Who doesn't love Honeycrisp? It's big, sweet, crisp, bakes beautifully, and is a popular choice for fresh eating.

Chris says this one "tastes like fall!" Super white flesh. Great baking apple picked a week or so early and is sweet when ripe.

Mostly sweet, softer texture. Delicious for fresh eating and holds up well when baked.

This is a favorite of our friend, Brad. A bit on the tart side, but easy to eat fresh. Great for baking and canning, and
keeps well.

Amazing keeper! Related to a Red Delicious but sweeter and more flavorful.

The Red Delicious was developed in Iowa, and this is a descendant of that iconic apple. Mildly flavored, a favorite for many of our customers. Great keeper.

We introduced this variety in 2022 and it was almost universally loved. It's sweet and crunchy. It holds its shape well when baking. We haven't tried canning with it yet, and we didn't have enough to store, but will let you know when we learn more.

One of our experimental varieties - it ripens very late so it's tough to catch it before a hard freeze, but if you do, you will love it's complex flavor - some sweet, some tart, some vinous. It won't go to waste in a year with an early freeze because we will use it in our hard cider.

COMING 2025-ISH
If you are a regular customer, you know we sometimes run out of apples in early Sept because our favorite that time of year - Zestar - tends to fall off with the slightest breath of wind. We hope Triumph will help fill in that gap.
